«В лазоревом поле с серебряной оконечностью, обременённой лазоревым карпом в пояс, стоящий на зелёной земле той же финифти дуб с чёрными стволом и ветвями поверх золотого пламенеющего солнца.

В золотой вольной части со скруглённым внутренним углом — старинная зелёная княжеская шапка, отороченная чёрным собольим мехом, над которым — золотое украшение („городок“) с жемчужиной».

Герб утверждён решением Совета депутатов Новомичуринского городского поселения от 22.05.2013 № 52 «Об утверждении символики муниципального образования — Новомичуринское городское поселение Пронского муниципального района Рязанской области» и внесён в Государственный геральдический регистр Российской Федерации с присвоением регистрационного номера 8489.
