Thanks for asking questions on the discussion page. The mistake stemmed from the English twin to this article. The person in question has his own article and he is called w:en:Johann Anton von Pergen and his full name was «Johann Anton Graf von Pergen». We do not care about Google searches or what Ukrainian sources call him, but this von Pergen was born in Vienna and his name has an original spelling with latin characters. The English biography listed in the article and a German sources as well is very clear on the spelling of the name. This German source is reliable and very clear on what his full name was and how it was spelled.
