John McKee Spratt jr. (født 1. november 1942 i Charlotte, Nord-Carolina) er en amerikansk politiker som satt i Representantenes hus. Han var innvalgt for demokratene i Sør-Carolinas femte distrikt, og satt fran 3. januar 1983 til 3. januar 2011. Han ledet blant annet U.S. House Committee on the Budget (Representantenes hus' budsjettkomite).
